Welcome to 2017!
A very Happy New Year! No doubt you have been overwhelmed with the New Year resolutions hype and messages, so we decided to nudge you on the 9th day to make sure the year really is starting off as you intend to carry on. Is your resolve still steadfast for your healthy choices and activities?
If it isn’t perhaps question what it is you are doing and are you doing what you really love? You can combine the two. We can help support you with that and making sure you have set the right goals.
A cheeky little announcement to make – Charlotte, one of our Walk Leaders, is getting married on Friday 13th! He’s a very lucky man! Please do share your good wishes with her.
Keep up to date with our news on Facebook – please do like both of our Facebook pages; one for Nordic walking and one for our Canicross dog stuff. That’s where we share our photos, tips and stories to keep you inspired. Do engage and interact with us and share with your friends and family.
