Happy New Year! Our January 2019 Newsletter

A very happy New Year to all our Members!
We have got a bumper edition newsletter for you.

For many it’s the start of a new year, a new chapter to reach new goals or aspire to a change in fortune or add in a few new adventures. The hard part is reaching those goals. You have to plan, prepare, commit, be consistent and not not give up. We can help with the fitness goals with our usual fun way of keeping you accountable with smiles all around. Check out our features below on the 3JFitness Reward Scheme and Walk a 1000 miles plus our Challenge Workshops, beautifully timed to coincide with the Reading Half Marathon.

We have high lighted features to search for our Charity of the Year, the perks of becoming a Direct Debit member and even having a go at Pawfitness – you don’t need a dog to learn all about 3D Power walking and Cloud Running.

We are also singing noisy congratulations to Carla who passed her Instructor training in December We are now a team of 3 Instructors and 3 Walk Leaders – all the magic numbers there, 3!

We have a bumper weekly schedule of 21 activities now! Maria also has BungyPumps so she is able turbo charge her workout walks too!

Finally, a big thank you to Rose Ryan George who asked her school to do a Dress Down Day, wearing blue, to help us raise funds for the Activator poles used for our Parkinson’s Group. An astonishing £216.46 was raised by Christ The King Catholic Primary School. A huge thank you from all of us!

Walk 1000 miles in 2019 with our 3JFitness Members Rewards Scheme.
