December 2018 Christmas Newsletter

Baubletastic! December is here! 

This year has flown by! The season of goodwill is upon us so quickly!
As always we give our thanks to everyone of you. You have made 3JFitness what it is today – a caring, supportive, vibrant community. With the various weekly walks, challenges and uplifting social media posts you have really got behind your health and fitness goals to get stronger, both physically and mentally, with a positive mindset. Together, you achieve anything! 

Now we’d like you to consider giving back a little something to help some one else and make not just their Christmas but quite possibly their year. Please find a box, about hamper size. Then, each day add something special in there – avoid fresh foods and alcohol. This is an Advent Box which you can take to a local church, super market or school, for example, where they are taking donations for the food banks or gifts to be distributed to those in need. Thank you if you do take part; you are making the world a happier place with one small act of kindness. 

Enjoy your walks this December and make sure you do tinsel up those poles in the last week! Let’s share the Christmas smiles as we Nordic walk the miles! Watch out for our interactive Advent posts on Facebook.

If you didn’t make the Christmas Lunch and Walk today (1st December), then keep your diary free for the Bacon Butty and Mulled Wine walk on the 29th December!

There are no regular weekly walks planned from 21st December to 1st January 2019. We start back on Wednesday 2nd January 2019!

Thursday –

Thursday Easy Striders: Wokingham – 1.30 60 mins
*new Gentle Paces with Janine – 1.30pm (different locations) trial period
BungyPump it!: Tilehurst – 7.00pm 90mins
Wokingham Cardio stride out: 6.30pm 60mins  


Friday –Friday Adventures: 10am start – 2 hour walks North and West Berkshire.
 Feel Good Fridays: 10am start – 90 minute walks East & South Berkshire


Early Bird Stride outs: Tilehurst – 8.00am start – 90 mins
(two sessions will be back after Christmas)
