 Boom! here is November! we truly are sliding through 2017 shouting wahoo!

Our Wednesday GlowWorm sessions are all about giggle power and getting a few miles munched under the cover of dark. Check out our Monday and Thursday sessions too!

We have a special event on the 11th November which is our Virtual Poppy Nordic walk. You must register for your virtual medal and t-shirt. We shall be Nordic walking a poppy shape of 11km (ish) as our remembrance dedication.

Our Reading Half Marathon training now starts with the 16 week program that will get you through Christmas and the winter bug season. We train you up slowly to be strong and resilient! Again, just sign up for your place and then book on to our walks to keep yourself focused. Additional home training is recommended too. If you are curious and would like to learn more, then please do contact Janine. We will be adding in some additional walks, The Challenge Series, specifically for the people we are supporting on not just Reading Half Marathon but a variety of other events. Set your health goals and enjoy reaching an amazing target!

Saturday – a different meeting point each week
Any 60 minute Early Bird Canal stride out 8am
Moderate walk  90 minute Cardio Canal stride outs 9.15pm

Why not try some of our workout classes back to back! Perfect way to train up for a challenge or get Ski fit for the winter!

Bucks Fizz and Bacon Butty New Year walk – 30th December 8.30am from Fox and Hound.
